HHRMA JAKARTA HOTEL JOB CAREER - Ascott International Management, Indonesia. The following job vacancy is available within Ascott Ltd. Qualified and eligible individuals interested in applying for this position may submit an application to Ascott Human Resources by no later than 24 February 2012.

Reservation Officer

Responsibility:
Handle all inquiries from callers in regards to sales and reservation.
Take reservation
Complete all reservation administration such as: forms, guarantee letter (if required), confirmation letter
Entry the reservation into the system
Lease with other departments to follow up specific request from residents before check in
Provide relevant reports for Sales Team and Front Office in regards to room reservation and blocking and future forecast.
Assist other related matters of sales team
Handle any other job assigned by management from time to time


Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration/ Hospitality.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.
Good spoken and written English.
Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel.
Confident, Good organizational & people development sales, Outgoing personality.
Willing to work on weekends and public holiday
