HOT DOCK 河北ボスの所に入って初めて板金ってのを習って...
入社してすぐ買ったのが１番左のSnap-onのハンマーと当て板(ドーリー)
今年ではや17年目、溶接の焼けとかもう萌え萌えだよね♥️
アルミタンクやシートカウル作る時、みんなは叩き出しとか言うけどさほど叩き出しもせずどっちかと言うと溶接の歪みを取るための板金。
リブ作ったり合せのアールの所や、最近だとハンマーで整形してちょい形も変えたりもするかな?
そんな時は基本このSnap-onのハンマーとこのドーリーのみ、ドーリーも手板金の時はこれ1個しか使わないってか持ってないww
(時と場合でプラハンもたまに使うけどね)

何年か前にイングリッシュウィール買ってからは膨らませたい所には迷わずグリグリする
めちゃ便利♥️
プラニシングハンマーとかも欲しいけどあの音はうちの工場じゃNGかなー(めちゃ欲しいけど)
そんな時は頭と手使って頑張るべし、流石に限界もあるけどね。

そんなこんなで最近だと逆反りの板金が必要でとりあえずやりやすそうなハンマー買ったのが真ん中の青いやつ...
なんだけどめちゃ重すぎ❌
てか逆反りの板金めちゃムズイ、もうちょっと光さすまでやりこまないとまだ全然わからんな😅

最初のハンマー買った時は河北ボスに「そんな洋物の重いハンマーなんて買ってんじゃねー💢」って怒鳴られたけどいまじゃ何となくわかる気がする、自分の使い方だと軽くてじゅうぶん。

でも軽くちゃダメなときもあってそれ用に買ったのが右の赤いハンマー🔨
おもにフラットトラックのスティールシュー用ね。
材料は2mmの鉄板を叩きまくるからこのぐらいの重さが必要、これでも月に3個作った時は手首&親指が腱鞘炎でアウト ww

さすがに17年もおんなじハンマー使ってるとめちゃ可愛くってさ❤️
自分の持ってる工具では１番好き❤️
ありきたりな質問で「もし大地震とか来たらなにもって逃げる?」って言われたらこのハンマーだろうな ww

一緒に成長しいろいろな経験をしてきた大切なヤツ🔨
これからもコイツでより面白いの作って海外に呼ばれて俺だけ遊びに行く予定、さすがにハンマー持ってくほどセンチじゃないし☺️

てな感じで過去にこれで作ったものなど写真載せて終わりってことで👋
